Prestige Biopharma to Present Clinical Development Strategy for Pancreatic Cancer Candidate at ESMO GI 2026

Prestige Biopharma announced on June 30 that it will participate in the European Society for Medical Oncology Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress (ESMO GI 2026), taking place in Munich, Germany, from July 1 to 4. During the congress, the company will present its clinical development strategy for PBP1510 (Ulenistamab), a novel therapeutic candidate for pancreatic cancer, and seek to expand global research collaborations.

At the congress, Prestige Biopharma will present an e-poster highlighting the PAUF-I Phase 1/2a clinical study of PBP1510. PBP1510 is a monoclonal antibody targeting PAUF (Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor), a protein highly expressed in pancreatic cancer. The ongoing study is evaluating the candidate’s safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer.

The company has successfully completed the Phase 1 portion of the PAUF-I study and is currently evaluating the clinical data in preparation for the Phase 2a trial. At ESMO GI 2026, Prestige Biopharma will introduce its PAUF-targeted therapeutic strategy based on the Phase 2a development plan established in collaboration with Dr. King, the global Principal Investigator (PI) from the Northwell Health Cancer Institute in the United States. The company also plans to explore opportunities for future clinical collaborations with global oncology experts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and leading cancer research institutions.
