Prestige Biopharma Signs Exclusive Supply Agreement for TUZNUE® in Four Latin American Countries
Prestige Biopharma, a developer of biosimilars and antibody therapeutics, announced that it has signed an exclusive supply agreement for its trastuzumab biosimilar TUZNUE® in four Latin American countries.
Under the agreement signed on November 22, Biosidus Group will obtain exclusive commercialization rights for TUZNUE® in Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Prestige Biopharma will supply the product to support the commercialization of the biosimilar across the region.
According to the terms of the agreement, milestone payments and royalties will be determined based on sales volumes. Specific financial terms have not been disclosed due to confidentiality provisions between the two companies. The agreement will remain valid for up to seven years following regulatory approval in each country.
Prestige Biopharma will also receive an upfront payment upon execution of the agreement.
Through this partnership, the company aims to expand the global reach of TUZNUE® and strengthen its presence in the Latin American biosimilar market.
