Prestige Biopharma Presents PAUF-Based Pancreatic Cancer Program at ESMO 2025

Prestige Biopharma (CEO: Soyeon Park) announced that it presented key research progress on its pancreatic cancer therapeutic program under the theme “Prestige Biopharma Oncology” at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2025.

During the conference, the company hosted a “Meet the Investigator” session titled “PAUF Inhibition: New Horizons in Pancreatic Cancer,” highlighting the scientific rationale and clinical development progress of its PAUF-targeted anticancer therapy.

The session was chaired by Professor Xavier Pivot from the Strasbourg Cancer Institute in France. Presentations were delivered by Dr. Yoon-Yong Park of Prestige Biopharma IDC and Dr. Daniel A. King (MD, PhD) from the Northwell Health Cancer Institute in the United States.

The presentations introduced the biological role of PAUF (Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor) in pancreatic cancer progression and the therapeutic significance of inhibiting this target. The session also highlighted the latest clinical development results of Ulenistamab (PBP1510), the world’s first anti-PAUF monoclonal antibody.

The session attracted strong interest from leading pancreatic cancer researchers and clinicians attending the conference. Active discussions and Q&A sessions focused on the clinical data and mechanistic characteristics of Ulenistamab, reflecting the growing attention toward PAUF-targeted therapeutic strategies.

The session was organized under the leadership of CEO Soyeon Park, marking Prestige Biopharma’s formal debut in the European oncology research community through the ESMO platform.

CEO Park stated that the presentation represents an important milestone in demonstrating the global potential of PAUF-based pancreatic cancer therapeutics and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to accelerating the development of innovative treatments for difficult-to-treat cancers.

In addition to the session, Prestige Biopharma also participated in poster presentations, oral presentations, and exhibition activities during ESMO 2025, facilitating active scientific exchange with global researchers and oncology experts.
