Prestige Biopharma Unveils PBP1510-Centered Therapeutic and Diagnostic Strategy at ASCO 2026, Expanding Global Partnership and Licensing Discussions

Prestige Biopharma is set to participate in the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO 2026), where the company will showcase its pancreatic cancer antibody therapeutic PBP1510 and pursue expanded opportunities for global co-development and licensing partnerships. The company plans to present its therapeutic-diagnostic integrated strategy based on the pancreatic cancer target protein PAUF, along with the latest clinical development updates.

Prestige Biopharma announced on the 28th that it will participate in ASCO 2026, taking place in Chicago, USA, from May 29 to June 2. During the event, the company will operate an independent booth to introduce the current R&D status of PBP1510 and discuss future collaboration opportunities with global pharmaceutical companies and researchers.

ASCO is a globally recognized oncology conference where cancer experts and pharmaceutical and biotech companies share the latest oncology research findings and clinical data. At the event, Prestige Biopharma plans to present the clinical progress and research direction of PBP1510 to global key opinion leaders (KOLs) and multinational pharmaceutical partners.

The company will particularly highlight its therapeutic and diagnostic integrated strategy based on PAUF (Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor), a protein overexpressed in pancreatic cancer. Beyond serving as a therapeutic target, PAUF is being developed as a biomarker for patient selection and treatment response monitoring, supporting a companion diagnostic approach aimed at improving treatment efficiency for pancreatic cancer patients.

In addition, through discussions with global KOLs, clinicians, and researchers, the company plans to explore the latest clinical development status of PBP1510 as well as combination strategies with existing anticancer therapies. Prestige Biopharma also aims to expand future global collaboration opportunities through scientific exchange and research networking established during the conference.

PBP1510 is a first-in-class pancreatic cancer antibody therapeutic targeting PAUF. It is one of Prestige Biopharma’s key pipeline assets and has received both Orphan Drug Designation and Fast Track designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
