Innovative Discovery Center – IDC
A Hub for Discovery and Development
A hub for new drug discovery and development that integrates expertise, facilities, and collaborative spaces.
A hub for new drug discovery and development requires experts, state-of-the-art facilities, and advanced equipment in research spaces, office areas, and meeting rooms. It also necessitates collaborative spaces and operating systems that facilitate idea exchange and teamwork. To establish an ecosystem for new drug discovery and development, IDC (Innovative Discovery Center) is being constructed in Busan, South Korea, fostering an open and collaborative environment through its operation system.
The ecosystem of discovery and development through synergistic collaboration among global R&D campuses.
IDC is establishing an ecosystem based on diverse R&D research outcomes, collaborating with Singapore’s R&D center. This ecosystem covers the entire process from preclinical stages, clinical trials, marketing approval to sales. IDC focuses primarily on antibody-centric new drug research (including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies and fusion antibodies), diagnostics, and vaccines and more. Moreover, IDC is actively fostering open collaboration in the development of novel modalities of biopharmaceuticals.
